Aria's Biography
Aria Wallace started singing when she was just a baby, singing her ABC's, and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and Somewhere over the Rainbow. Always performing wherever she went. Learning her favorite singers songs such as "Oops I did it again" by Britney Spears, "Fallen" by Alicia Keyes, "Think" by Aretha Franklin. She decided at a very young age that she wanted to be an Actress, and Singer/Musician. After landing her lead role in the Nickelodeon Series, and franchise Roxy Hunter...she began recording songs for the Movies and music videos for each song, for each DVD and movie. She has recently been in the recording studio writing and recording her own original songs with many wonderful producers for her own LP. She is so excited and looking forward to Upcoming Live Performances and Shows and releasing her very own songs.Aria Wallace stars as Roxy Hunter in Nickelodeon and Dolphin Entertainment's movie, book, and merchandising franchise. Aria has filmed 4 Roxy Hunter films so far. The first Roxy Hunter movie, Roxy Hunter and the Mystery of the Moody Ghost, aired on Nickelodeon in October 2007, and was released on DVD in February, which included 2 songs performed by Aria. Along with the release of the DVD, the second Roxy Hunter movie, Roxy Hunter and the Secret of the Shaman aired in February. Also, the Roxy Hunter merchandising line debuted in Tween Brands Inc., Limited Too and Justice stores, nationwide. Also, there is a a Roxy Hunter merchandising line in La Senza girl stores in Canada. ?Roxy and I are alike in so many ways!! We both love adventures and love to solve mysteries, and we are both very independent, and I think Roxy is a great role model for young girls?, says the 6th grade tween super sleuth.
Aria was only 2 when she told her mother that she wanted to be a superstar. Reenacting the entire Parent Trap movie, verbatim with exact dialogue and British accents, at age 4 she exhibited a photographic memory and performing skills that prompted her parents to enroll her in the John Robert Powers school in Atlanta, Georgia.
At age 5, Aria and her family moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams and career. Aria landed her first job on The Bernie Mac Show. She starred on many hit television shows such as, That 70's show, Carnivale, Judging Amy, Desperate Housewives, and many more. When Aria was 7, she landed the part of Hilary Duff's little sister and Heather Locklear's daughter, Zoey, in Universal's feature The Perfect Man. Soon after in 2006, she landed the coveted lead role of Roxy Hunter in the Roxy Hunter franchise.
Aria filmed the Lifetime movie, Christmas In Paradise, which aired in December 2007. Aria also filmed 2 more Roxy Hunter adventures, slated to air this year on Nickelodeon, Roxy Hunter and the Myth of the Mermaid, airing in July 2008, and Roxy Hunter and the Horrific Halloween, airing Halloween 2008.
Now 11, Aria is busy recording songs for the Roxy Hunter DVD's and Soundtrack. She had her first live Performance at the Ecostation Earth Day Event in Los Angeles this month, and is hoping to have many more gigs coming up in the near future.
Off camera, Aria enjoys being with her family, especially her sister Daylia, and her cat princess, singing, and playing piano, hanging out with friends, swimming, and going to church. Aria is totally hooked on the Guitar Hero games and reading novels. Aria lives in Los Angeles but enjoys traveling and visiting family when her schedule permits.
